- All homes have pools, pool heating is £85 per week.
- Stays of 5 nights or less add departure fee: 3 bed - £40, 4 bed - £50, 6 bed - £70.
- Stays of less than 1 week are based on weekly rate, divided by 7 and multiplied by number of days required.
- All our homes are fully licensed and conform to USA hotel regulations.
- All prices include county/state taxes and electricity (excluding pool heating).
- The keys to the home will be in a key safe in the property thereby making it unnecessary to travel to a different location to collect the keys.
