How does it work ?

You set the accommodation budget for each visitor/secondee, based on our advice. We find accommodation, within this budget, in the location required and matched to individual needs. Once you have approved the accommodation we will draw up tenancy agreements for signature. Our inclusive price covers all core services, with the exception of utilities which are charged at cost. Prices vary according to location and property size.

Minimum lets are three months.

For stays of less than three months we can offer:

  • Short stay apartments

  • Generally in city centre locations. Minimum lets are one month. Prices usually include cleaning at least once a week.
  • Serviced apartments

  • Again generally in city centre locations, with minimum lets of one week. Prices usually include daily cleaning.
