We find suitable accommodation, set up the tenancy agreement, and arrange utilities. We meet your staff at the accommodation and provide a full walk through. A welcome pack is provided giving key information about the property, the area and our support services. We clean properties before and after lets and also offer an optional maid service available at extra charge. We provide a full property management service and repairs help line to ensure that any problems are rectified promptly.
We also provide a number of optional services such as airport pickup, car hire and other travel services. Our hospitality programme can also ensure visitors settle in quickly.
